Jonathan Cappelli, Cappelli Consulting

Jonathan Cappelli is an experienced urban planning, real estate, and community development professional focused on finding ways to bring equitable and sustainable development to communities across Colorado. Prior to founding Cappelli Consulting, Jonathan worked at the Urban Land Conservancy (ULC) helping lead real estate acquisition/redevelopment projects, building community capacity and engagement in the Westwood Neighborhood of Denver, CO, and coordinating various national and regional housing policy initiatives. Jonathon is based in Denver, Colorado.

Mary Coddington, Cappelli Consulting

Mary Coddington is a program manager at Cappelli Consulting. Over the last 3 years, she has leveraged her background in urban planning to work on land-use, community engagement, GIS mapping, and data visualization work for public, non-profit, community, and philanthropic clients in the Denver metro area and the mountain west.

Andrew Coburn, Urban Rural Continuum

Andrew Coburn is a planner with extensive experience in project management, community engagement, socioeconomic analysis, and National Environmental Policy Act compliance. Prior to founding Urban Rural Continuum LLC, Andrew served as a project manager and community planner for the National Park Service, where he managed and authored sections of plans and studies for parks across the country. He has volunteered for the Nanjing Urban Planning and Research Center in China, Cajas National Park in Ecuador, and Habitat for Humanity in Bolivia. Andrew is based in Ridgway, Colorado.

Greg Harms, Domos Consulting

Greg Harms launched Domos Consulting in 2022. Greg served as the Executive Director for the Boulder Shelter for the Homeless for more than 20 years, and now works to help other communities understand and address the needs of persons experiencing homelessness.

Ryan Jones, RCH Jones Consulting

Ryan Hibbard Jones brings an MBA in real estate development & finance and 15 years of experience in both the development of affordable housing and the financial underwriting of equity investments for syndication of low income housing tax credits (“LIHTC”), historic tax credits, investment tax credits (solar and geothermal), state tax credits, bonds, and other affordable housing-based financing. Ryan is based in Boulder, Colorado.

Mari Plaza-Munet, Private Consultant

Mari has worked for 27 years as a coach and program lead, supporting leaders and organizations and taking new steps toward project expansion, equity practices, and leadership development.

She has unique tools as a consultant to support people working together in synergy. Mari leads teams on capacity-building tasks, compassionate growth applications, and inclusive feedback as project support or through advisory sessions with leaders. She specializes in creating and activating key activities for new projects: strategic action plans, applied equity toolkits, compassionate leadership, and effective collaboration.

She works as a solo think-partner or collaborator to build client alliances. Mari has received numerous leadership awards for creating and managing innovative social projects.

Danica Powell, Trestle Strategy Group

Trestle Strategy Group is a real estate strategy and planning firm specializing in custom, collaborative consulting for complex real estate and community building projects. Trestle brings new vision and ideas to projects in order to build capacity, develop strategic alliances, empower community support, and implement innovative solutions.Trestle provides real estate strategy and entitlements, community engagement, needs assessment, and facilities planning services. Tim Reinen, Reinen Consulting LLC

Tim is an architecture and development consultant and former non-profit executive. He supports local communities with their housing needs using architecture and design as a tool to enhance community engagement. Tim applies his design efforts within the built environment in the form of creative housing solutions, access to healthy food, connection to multi-modal transportation, and other essential, yet often overlooked community resources.

James Roy II, Urbanity Advisors

James is a social entrepreneur, community-driven professional, public speaker, and creator. He is the founder of Urbanity Advisors, an urban planning firm specializing in market analysis, community engagement, and site planning.

Briana Roy, Urbanity Advisors

Briana is a proven management consultant, with deep experience in operationalizing new businesses, building administrative capacity, and managing brands.

Wendy Sullivan, WSW Consulting

Wendy Sullivan, principal of WSW Consulting, is a housing planner and attorney licensed in Colorado and California, specializing in affordable housing market research and strategy.  She has near 20 years of community planning experience in both the public and private sector. Wendy has conducted and managed housing needs assessments, market studies and housing policy development for a range of communities in several states, with particular focus on high-cost resort communities.

Christine Walker, Navigate

Christine Walker in Jackson, WY brings hands-on experience to addressing workforce housing needs. As the former Executive Director of the Teton County Housing Authority (TCHA) in Wyoming, Christine facilitated the development of and managed hundreds of homes for the Jackson Hole workforce. She understands the nuances of public policy and housing programs, how to structure programs and management to maintain affordability and quality of units over time and how to Navigate various program, funding and partnership opportunities to meet your housing needs.

Michael Yerman, MY Rural Planner

Michael Yerman is a senior planner with 15 years of local government planning experience in developing affordable housing across rural and mountain resort communities in Colorado. MY Rural Planning work includes community minded plans to revitalize historic downtowns, legacy recreation projects, land use code updates, and the development of affordable housing units. MY Rural Planner specializes in working with publicly controlled land assets for the development of workforce housing and recreation amenities. Michael is based in Salida, CO.
