Willa WillifordWilla Williford founded Williford LLC in 2016 to provide practical, expert housing solutions in the mountain west. Williford LLC provides strategic planning, technical assistance, financial analysis, and project management for housing development focused on attainable housing for local residents. Her clients include private, public and non-profit agencies.

Willa’s experience includes housing development, finance, and asset management in the public and private sectors. Prior to launching Williford LLC, she served as Housing Director for Boulder County, where she was responsible for adding 500 new affordable homes, and developing financially sustainable, results-oriented programs and policies. See Willa’s resume.

In addition to her work, Willa has been passionately engaged in volunteer contributions in every community where she has lived and worked. Willa has provided her time and expertise in a variety of settings, including:

Samantha Snyder

Samantha SnyderSamantha is a burgeoning urban planner, who recently graduated from the University of Colorado Denver with her Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning. Her commitment to undoing systems and structures of oppression through urban planning practices fortifies her work. She is experienced in developing housing needs assessments and housing action plans for communities across Colorado.

She has a background in sociology and anthropology which centers her practice in empathy-driven and human-focused design, strategies, and policies. She worked on a multi-method research study on the Denver Public Schools – wherein examining the influence of school choice policy, zoning and development patterns on neighborhood inequality. Within this project she analyzed 25 years of school closure data geospatially in Denver. This research has supported policy recommendations related to development and school choice.
